Policies
Appointment Cancellation:
If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the appointment scheduled and your appointment will be canceled. This charge is non-refundable.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service cost.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the booked service cost that is non-refundable.
Brow Baby does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon for safety precautions.
Class Cancellation:
If you book a training course with Brow Baby, your deposit is non-refundable because your kit will have already been purchased. However, you have the option to reschedule your course to any date or time after your cancellation.
